LEAD TIMES
Items ship usually within 1-3 days of order placement.

RUSH DELIVERIES
If you need an order rushed, please contact us at kathrin@piamundo.com and we will try to accommodate you!

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via the United States Postal Service within the United States. The price quoted in our system is for First-Class Mail® Parcel under 1lb and USPS Retail Ground™ for packages over 1lb.

We are happy to ship a different speed, carrier and internationally!  Please send us an email at kathrin@piamundo.com for a shipping quote. Thank you!

* We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, please leave us a physical address to deliver your goods to. 

Returns/ Exchanges

If you are delivered damaged goods please send us a photo so we can remedy the situation for you right away. Damaged item claims must be made within 48 hours of parcel arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours.

If you are unhappy with an item, kindly let us know, and we will try to help you find another that is a match for you.                                                                         *You must notify piamundo before attempting a return. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

We allow returns up to seven days from the received date. The item must be in it's original unused condition. Return shipping, payment for the return shipping, and any subsequent damages from the return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please make sure that items are wrapped securely when returning them.
*piamunddo LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return.

Secure Online Transactions

Our site is integrated with Stripe which offers an anti fraud protections to keep you secure and worry free. 

CVC check (card verification code) - this verifies that the customer has entered the correct code as shown on the card, a good indicator that they have the card physically present.

Address verification checks (AVS) - these compare the billing address entered by the customer against that on file with their bank. These are also useful indicators for determining whether the payment is being made by the genuine cardholder.
